Shipping Policy
At New
Zealand Consumables IT Supplies Limited we use the most reliable and fastest
delivery method. We use New Zealand Post, PBT, New Zealand Couriers, Post Haste and ARAMEX.
All
standard orders incur a $5.50 + GST shipping fee, with a 1-3 day delivery goal
and this is not applicable if your order includes a large / bulky item. Please
refer to the section below for large / bulky items.
Delivery
to provincial and rural areas may take extra days (approximately 3-5 days) for
delivery and might be subject to a surcharge. Please contact us for further
shipping details.
Same-Day Dispatch
All
in-stock orders placed before 3pm NZT (excluding weekends and public holidays)
are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm NZT will be dispatched the
next business day.
Delivery Times
As a general guideline, most deliveries to major cities will take 1-3 business days, whilst it could take up to 5 business days for more remote areas. This general guideline does not apply to large / bulky items. Please refer to the large / bulky item section below for more information. All delivery timeframes provided at NZ Consumables IT Supplies Ltd are an estimate and do not account for unforeseeable circumstances which may affect the delivery of your parcel.
Large / Bulky Items
Items that are large / bulky are calculated differently due to the size / weight of the item; an additional delivery charge will be applicable when checking out. Delivery charges are calculated based on a per-order basis according to the weight and size along with the delivery address. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver large / bulky items to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect or Parcel Lockers.
Backorders
We strive
to have all items in stock. However, if for any reason we are unable to
dispatch your order in the normal time schedule, we will notify you within 2
business days.
Incorrect details &
Insurance
Address details that
are incorrect or insufficiently supplied will incur another $5.50 redelivery
fee. All orders shipped by NZ Consumables are sent via a courier with a
signature required for each delivery. In some cases, and only where you have
given the courier company permission to leave orders at a designated location,
your order may be delivered without requiring a signature. All orders sent by
NZ Consumables IT Supplies Ltd are fully insured in the unlikely event that
your item(s) are damaged or go missing in transit. We deliver within New
Zealand only. Overseas orders will NOT be accepted.
Pricing Policy
All of
our prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and inclusive of GST (Goods and
services tax). Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the
right to make amendments to the prices or information at any time without prior
notice whether to amend typographical errors or adjust our costs based on
supplier price changes.
Warranty
We
provide a 1-year warranty on all our compatible products. The warranty for
original brand products as per the manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
