The terms and conditions apply to the supply of all goods sold by NZ Consumables Ltd to the customer.

Consumer Guarantees Act
If the goods have been acquired for business purposes the terms of the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply. The only warranty offered by NZ Consumables is the manufacturers warranty accompanying the goods and in no event shall the liability for direct or consequential damages exceed the price paid for the goods.

Returns Policy
A request to return goods must be submitted within 7 days from the date of supply.
If the goods have been accepted (for credit or refund at the sellers discretion) they must be returned at the buyer's expense in original condition and packaging with the original invoice.
Any goods that the seller has agreed to a return may incur a restocking fee of up to 15% off the initial invoiced price. Please Note: Choose your product carefully as once opened we wil not accept any returns unless they have become faulty.   

Pricing
Payment must be made in cash, cheque (made out to NZ Consumables Ltd and posted to P O Box 301-245, Albany, North Harbour) credit card prior to delivery of your order, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Although every effort has been made to ensure all details and pricing is correct we do not take any responsibility for errors or omissions.

All prices will be as at the date of delivery. However, given the nature of the goods we supply, availability, price and specifications can change rapidly. We therefore accept no liability should any of the goods become unavailable, prices or specifications change from those presented on this website. However we will endeavor to advise of any changes before dispatch of goods.

Ownership of goods sold by NZ Consumables Ltd does not pass to the purchaser, until payment is received in full. All prices are exclusive of GST.

Delivery
Free delivery New Zealand wide. For urgent service or bulk items (ie. Commercial printers), additional freight charges may apply. All deliveries are shipped either via NZ Couriers or Courier Post generally overnight for outside Wellington. All claims for shortage or damage during delivery must be made to NZ Consumables Ltd within 7 days of the date of delivery.

Where products appear to be damaged or missing you contact us immediately. We will make every effort to ensure delivery of products is on time, but will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising in any way from delay in delivery.

I/We shall pay or reimburse to you all costs and/or expenses incurred by NZ Consumables Ltd in instructing a solicitor and/or debt-collecting agency to recover any amount overdue for payment.
